ElysiOS

ElysiOS is sold to clients who each run their own private instance. If you are a client, the fastest route is to ask Aurea directly inside your instance — she can see your setup. If something is broken enough that you cannot reach her, use the email below.

Please include:

• the email address your account uses
• what you were doing when it went wrong
• what you expected instead
• the device and app version, if it happened on your phone

Do not send passwords, API keys, or card details. We will never ask for them.

The phone app

The ElysiOS app connects to your own instance. It needs an ElysiOS account — there is no public demo or trial version.

• Sign-in fails: your access link is single-use and expires. Ask for a fresh one.
• Voice not working: check that microphone permission is granted. Speech recognition runs on your device, so it also needs the on-device language installed.
• Hands-free stopped responding: a phone call, another app, or your assistant taking the microphone will pause listening. The app shows a paused state and a Resume control rather than pretending to listen. Open the app to resume.

Your data

Every client runs their own independent instance on their own hardware or cloud. Contacts, conversations, deals, and customer information stay in that environment. Ambient audio, where it is supported, is processed on the device and never leaves it.
