This Privacy Policy explains how Yuri Anischenko, an individual residing in Washington, the operator of ElysiOS ("ElysiOS," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with the ElysiOS Service and the Aurea AI partner. ElysiOS is built on a privacy-first architecture: your business data stays on your instance.
2.1 Aurea runs on your own hardware or cloud instance. Your sensitive business data — contacts, communications, deals, CRM records, calendar/scheduling, customer information — resides on your instance and does not leave your environment.
2.2 ElysiOS does not exfiltrate, copy, or centrally store your business data.
3.1 Account information: name, email, billing details, plan — to operate your account.
3.2 Anonymized behavioral telemetry: to improve Aurea and the platform, we collect non-sensitive behavioral patterns — where Aurea succeeded or got stuck, skill-level performance metrics, anonymized problem patterns (identifying information stripped at the source on your instance before transmission), and behavior-correction signals in abstract form.
3.3 What telemetry never includes: your contacts, conversations, deals, customer communications, or scheduling data. These never leave your environment.
3.4 Website/marketing data: if you interact with elysios.ai or our funnels, we collect standard web analytics and any information you submit (e.g., waitlist name/phone/email).
ElysiOS processes account information to perform its contract with you, relies on legitimate interests for security and service integrity, and obtains consent where the law requires it.
6.1 We share information with service providers (hosting, payments, email/SMS, model providers) solely to operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations. 6.2 We do not sell your personal information. 6.3 We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Aurea connects to AI model providers you or the platform configure. When Aurea processes a request through a provider, the content of that request is handled per that provider's terms. You control which providers your instance uses.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict processing. California residents additionally have the rights described by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing; ElysiOS does not sell or share personal information. To exercise rights, contact support@elysios.ai.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing credentials you connect to your instance.
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
ElysiOS does not centrally store customer business data. Each customer's instance runs on infrastructure the customer selects, in the region they select, and their data stays there. Where ElysiOS processes limited account information (name, email, billing) it is held in the United States; for EEA/UK customers such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Policy with notice of material changes.
